Custom Orders – How It Works

If you've chosen a piece from the lookbook that you'd like to order, and it's marked as available for commission, simply fill out the order form

In the form, let me know which piece you're interested in and if you'd like to customize anything – for example, the color, material, or size. I'll do my best to accommodate your requests, but not all changes can be guaranteed.

Once you submit the form, I'll get back to you as soon as possible. We'll discuss your ideas, available materials, and an estimated price.

Once we agree on the design, I require a 50% deposit to begin production. After the deposit is paid, I'll start making your piece.

Each garment is handmade, often using upcycled or limited materials. Production may take several weeks depending on the complexity of the design and current workload. If there are any delays, I'll let you know in advance.

When your piece is finished, I'll send you photos of the final product. After you pay the remaining balance, I'll ship your order (or arrange pickup, depending on what we agree on).

The price of each custom piece is calculated individually based on complexity, materials, and the time needed for production.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the order after production has started. Minor adjustments can be made during the process, but major changes must be discussed first and may affect both the price and delivery time.

If for any serious reason I'm unable to complete the order, your deposit will of course be refunded in full.

Finished pieces are shipped via Zásilkovna, Czech Post, or another method by agreement. In-person pickup is also possible. Shipping costs will be added to the final payment.

Custom items are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless they are defective. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery – we'll find a solution together (repair, discount, or replacement).

Due to the use of upcycled or limited materials, the final piece may slightly differ from the original design (for example, the shade of denim, type of zipper, or buttons). Each item is one of a kind.

I reserve the right to photograph finished pieces and use them for brand presentation (e.g., on Instagram or the website), without mentioning the customer's name. If you prefer not to have your piece shared, just let me know.

Thank you for your trust and support of the KOGOR brand. Every order is a collaboration – and every piece is unique.
